  Return Policy

Birth'a Bag will gladly accept returns and exchanges on merchandise that HAS NOT BEEN USED OR ALTERED. All items must be intact and in original condition (Upon receipt of returned goods, Birth'a Bag reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.)

You may exchange or return merchandise by mail for refund within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment. Please note: Birth'a Bag includes a 10% restocking fee for all returns and does not refund shipping and handling charges.

To process a return or exchange, please email us at customerservice@birthabag.com and include your order number to obtain an authorization code. Please include a reason for item being returned. The return authorization code must be written on your packing slip and included in the package with the return. The return authorization code must also be written on the outside of the package somewhere in marker (example, RA #7). A RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE IS REQUIRED ON THE PACKING SLIP AND ON THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR PACKAGE FOR ALL RETURNS.

Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the refund information from Birth'a Bag.

Every return must be accompanied by an authorization code. When requesting an authorization code, please include your order number.
